Coming off the events of Futureshock, in the words of one Bill Belicheck, we're on to Cincinnati for Adrenaline #80.
-"The Ragin' Redneck" Ray Gettys held on to the CCL World Championship after a thrilling fatal four-way elimination, but not without controversy. "The True Chess Master" Chris Knight was submitted by Gettys, but it shouldn't have counted. Knight had the ropes, which should have forced a break, but he tapped out just seconds later. Surely Knight has a case for another shot at the world title... or does he? And where do Casey Gordon and The Great D go from here?
-But the main event and the night belonged to Nadi as she turned back the challenges of both Taylor Starr and Black Widow for the Womens Championship. But there'll no rest for the Baltimore Spitfire; Nadi will defend the women's title again on the next show against the winner of the preshow battle royal at Queens of Wrestling, Dixie Clemets. Can the 3-Count Cowgirl win CCL's biggest prize for the ladies? Surley the new #1 contender Pyra will be watching.
-Two people had drastic transformations at Futureshock: Akira Yukimura, who put a hurting on Sophia Giovanni, and "The Real Thing" Bradley Reynolds, who dropped his "savior", Michael Heinman. Reynolds will be in action on the next show, while we'll look to get some answers as to what brought on the change for Akira.
-Plus, we'll hear from the still tag team champions Big Money and new women's tag team champions Love Hurts.
