CCL Adrenaline #28 (p1)

2012-12-27 2

From July 28, 2011.

The fallout from Futureshock continues, but the focus shifts to the fans' show, Supernova. On the next Adrenaline from the Bradley Center in Milwaukee, two championships are at stake.

Armageddon returned and won his shot at the world heavyweight championship when he defeated former champion Michael Heinman via countout. Heinman's conduct seemed perplexing at the very least. Why would he intentionally walk out on a #1 contender's match? Nonetheless, the seven-foot weapon of mass destruction and 2010's CCL Superstar of the Year gets his shot at Tommy Kazarian and the title. Will Armageddon climb to the top of the mountain again, or will the American Ninja shock the world again?

The world champion will work double duty tonight as he, along with his partner "The Playmaker" XtremeTony, who became the new CCL National Champion on the last Adrenaline. The championship duo will face either The True Phenoms or Affliction, who will exercise their rematch clause for the Tag Team Championship. The True Phenoms knocked off Affliction for the belts thanks to a little help from a post-match beatdown from The Freemans. Three teams, one winner. Who leaves with the belts?

Former CCL Womens Champion Christie Monteiro is in action for the first time since her epic match at Futureshock. She'll take on Lara Croft as the tomb raider looks to get back on the winning track herself. Which video game vixen will leave victorious?

On the last Adrenaline, Dallas demanded a match with Beyonce at Supernova. Word is, Beyonce will be there to answer the challenge of the Chosen Diva. Will the R&B diva accept? Find out on the next Adrenaline.
