The (possibly, but very likely) final Adrenaline of 2015 comes to you from the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, which, if I'm being blunt, has seen better days as of late. (*cough76erssuckcough*) And this final Adrenaline of the year (maybe, but very likely) is a blockbuster: three championships will be on the line.
In a return match from Futureshock, new CCL Womens Tag Team Champions Love Hurts will defend their titles against the former two-time champions Christie Monteiro & Wonder Woman. Can CCL's superteam become the first women to win a title three times, or will Love Hurts prove their win in Baltimore was no fluke?
Caesaro Augustine, last seen in US-DOJO two years ago, made his CCL debut at Futureshock and won the CCL National Championship from Matt Phoenix. Augustine will make his Adrenaline debut by defending the National title for the first time against the former champion. Can the self-proclaimed descendant of Julius Caesar turn back the challenge of the Phoenix?
Last year on New Year's Eve, "The Soldier" Atlas Jones won the last ever Money in the Bank Royal Rumble and the right to challenge for the CCL World Heavyweight Championship at any time during the year. After sitting on the contract for nearly the entire year, Atlas will exercise his title shot in his hometown against Ray Gettys. Gettys himself has quite a bit on his mind, as he has an "I Quit" match with Casey Gordon looming at Holiday Havoc 6. Will "The Ragin' Redneck" be caught looking ahead and become an ex-champion?
Plus, the tag champions Big Money will be in action in a non-title match against their #1 contenders, The Constrictors. We don't know when they'll meet with the titles on the line, but both teams look to make a statement, especially the champs, for whom it will be a homecoming.
Hardcore Champion CJ Wizard has demanded a return bout with the man that beat him on Adrenaline #80, Sherman Samson. "The Center of the Universe" looks to make it two in a row against the hardcore champ.
And Taylor Starr makes her first appearance since the three-way main event at Futureshock as she takes on former Bombshells Champion Shanna.
