Qeveria ka sjelle për diskutim ligji e ri te akcizave, i cili sipas ministrisë se financave është pjese e detyrimeve evropiane. Opozita ka akuzuar se për hartimin e këtij ligji janë shpenzuar rreth 6 milion euro dhe ne disa nene te tij rritet barra për bizneset.
Sipas socialisteve ne hartimin e tij, nuk janë pyetur grupet e interesit. Ligji i ri i akcizave është kontestuar nga biznesi konkretisht ne nenin qe i detyron kompanitë qe te lënë garanci ne te holla një shume te caktuar e cila do te preket ne rastet kur ky i fundit nuk paguan detyrimet. Garancia do te jete ne masën 100 % te akcizës qe subjekti paguan. Pjese e ligjit te ri është edhe administrimi i akcizës nga tatimet drejt doganave. Këtë fakt biznesi e ka kundërshtuar duke argumentuar si një kosto shtese ne aktivitetin e tyre ekonomik.
