Ingredients- - 250 gm potatoes - 1 onion chopped - 2 bunches spinach - 1 tomato chopped - 1 tbsp ginger chopped - 1 tbsp garlic chopped - 2 tbsp coriander powder - 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder - 1 tsp green chilli chopped - 1/2 tbsp chole masala - chaat masala - 2 tbsp oil salt to taste Preparation- Heat the oil. Fry the potatoes. Add the onions in the pan,tomatoes and stir fry them. Add the ginger,garlic,green chilli chopped,coriander powder,turmeric powder,red chilli powder and mix well. Add the spinach and salt. Cook for 10 minutes on low flame. Blend it into grinder. Put the spinach into pan and add the potatoes and chole masala, mix well and let it cook for 5 minutes. Sprinkle the dish with chaat masala.
