Title: Roll the pelvis and lift the head to free the neck

The essence of the lesson can be experienced by sitting on the chair, too.
Lean more on the right sit bone, which means the left side is a tiny bit away from the chair.
In this lesson, we simulate this condition by rolling the sit bone while lying on the right side.
When you sit on the chair, both sit bones are pushed by the reaction forces from the chair. However the power never is equal between left and right, thus the body always keeps trying to strike the balance.
The lesson is to shorten the side of the torso to encourage the balancing action by lifting a sit bone, which strengthens the unbalancing force.
The neck, as well as the torso, needs to be able to move freely in order to react to the unbalancing forces.
