Title: Side bend foot with soles together on the back

You lie on the back and put the soles of the feet together.
Let us consider a foot having 3 separate parts; toes, mid foot and heel.
By lifting those 3 parts separately you learn how to side bend foot.
It takes about 14 minutes to experience the entire lesson.
