Arbi Kofta Curry South Indian Style / Taro Root sabji gravy style / Colocasia Sabji
This dish is very delicious and you should try to make arbi like this in south indian version tastes really great!!
In gravy I have used Dabur Coconut Milk which takes the gravy to another level.
Taro root or arbi contains a very significant amount of dietary fiber and carbohydrates, as well as high levels of vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin B6, and folate, as well as magnesium, iron, zinc, phosphorous, potassium, manganese, and copper.
Arbi is also known as colocasia.

BESAN / GRAM FLOUR 5 TABLESPOON

CURRY LEAVES 30
COCONUT MILK 200 GM
DHANIA / CORIENDER POWDER 2 TEASPOON
RED CHILLI POWDER 2 TEASPOON
HALDI / TURMERIC POWDER 1 TEASPOON
GARAM MASALA 1 TEASPOON
ASAFOETIDA (HING) 1/2 TEASPOON
JEERA / CUMIN SEEDS 1 TEASPOON
MUSTARD SEEDS 1 TEASPOON
AJWAIN / CAROM SEEDS 1 TEASPOON
GREEN CHILLI 2
OIL FOR FRYING
SALT TO TASTE
