Ne daljen e tij te pare pas zgjedhjeve te 23 qershorit presidenti i republikës Bujar Nishani duke shfrytëzuar mbledhjen e Këshillit te Larte te Drejtësisë për T'i dhëne një mesazh institucioneve te drejtësisë. Ne cilësinë kryetari te KLD-se zoti Nishani nënvizoi se këshilli nuk do te ndikohet ne punën e tij, pavarësisht ndryshimeve politike ne vend. Nishani i ka cilësuar te pabaza, akuzat e politikes ndaj KLD-se ne lidhje me emërimet e gjyqtareve, te cilat sipas tij për here te pare po bëhen ne baze te meritës. Edhe kjo mbledhje e KLD kishte ne rend te ditës emërimet për gjyqtaret e ardhshëm për shtate vendet vakante në Gjykatën e Apelit Tiranë dhe 16 emrat e Gjykatës Administrative të Shkallës së Pare Tiranë.
