Ky fakt ka ardhur edhe si pasoje e bllokimit te shitjeve ne këtë sektor. Sektori i ndërtimit ka hyre ne një ngec disa vjeçar për shkak edhe te mungesës se kreditimit nga banka, pasi kreditë janë financimi i vetëm me te cilët sot shqiptaret blejnë nje pasuri te patundshme.
