26 kilometra larg qytetit te Korçës shtrihet fshati turistik i Vithkuqit, me 250 shtëpi dhe 1 mije banore. Ata jetojnë ne këtë zone prej vitesh, por nuk janë zot as te shtëpive dhe as te pronave te tyre. Asnjë banor i fshatit nuk disponon certifikatën e pronësisë se banesës edhe pse janë autokton ne këtë vend. Ata nuk mund te kryejnë asnjë veprim shitje blerje dhe kjo pasi pronat nuk ekzistojnë te regjistruara ne sistem. Edhe pse zone turistike, Vithkuqi po humbet interesimin e vizitoreve. Banoret pohojnë se nuk investojnë kur nuk kane ne dore dokumentet për pronën. Madje te vjetrit as nuk ua lëne dot trashëgimi fëmijëve pronën. Mungesën e tapive nuk e vuajnë vetëm banoret e fshatit Vithkuq, por gjithë komuna qe për shtetin nga ana e dokumenteve te pronës nuk ekziston.
26 kilometers from the city of Korçë lies Vithkuqi tourist village with 250 houses and 1 thousand inhabitants. They live in this area for years, but are not god nor houses nor their properties. No resident of the village does not have a certificate of ownership even though they are indigenous to this country. They can not perform any action sales and purchase it because there are no properties registered in the system. Although the tourist zone, Vithkuqi is losing interest of visitors. Residents say they do not invest when they do not have in hand the documents to the property. Even the elderly as not leaving children heritage property. Lack of tabi suffer not only the residents of the village Vithkuq, but all communes to the state by the property documents there.
