A new draft of the ministry of Defense for Military Intelligence Service, has sparked opposition reaction. Under the socialist deputies in the Armed Forces have the draft back to a department within the ministry, which not only weakens their role but I pass under civilian control and perhaps self SIS.
This at a time when protection should be controlled by the rain which is itself independent body under the constitution. But Defence Minister Arben Imami who gave no more details regarding the preparation of this draft, but the opposition guaranteed job positions that rain will be separate to that of shik and the fact that it will work as by a department within the ministry did not put him under control. Reporting to the safety commission another charge coming from the PS deputies were political appointments in the army which, according to deputies have created resentment among the military of all ranks. Instead of answering the imam criticized the commission's assessment that ranks as his target is not shown. Despite this Imam has overlooked the answer to the competence of the General Chief of Staff to assess with 20 points off the committee ranks which leads to certain differences in their distribution, as it gives a kind of veto this position.
