Deputeti socialist Taulant Balla duke iu referuar dokumenteve zyrtare të firmosura nga vetë Ministri Imami thote se ky i fundit ka shitur nje token nen vlerën reale te tregut. Sipas Balles, ky repart është pjesë e skandalit të shitjes së plot 17milionë m2 te trojeve pronave të ushtrisë, të cilat Arben Imami po i tjetërson nga pronësi e shtetit dhe qytetarëve në dore te disa privatëve, kliente te qeverise. Deputeti socialist e ka cilësuar këtë proces si jo transparent dhe të paligjshëm.

Socialist MP Taulant Balla referring to official documents signed by the Minister Imami said that the latter has sold a land under fair market value. According to Balla, this unit is part of the full sales scandal 17milionë m2 property land army, which Arben Imami is alienated from the property of the state and citizens in the hands of some private, government clients. Socialist MEP has described this process as non-transparent and illegal.
