Lindsay Lohan has reportedly filed a lawsuit against a video game maker. Her issue is that she believes one of the characters in Grand Theft Auto V is based on her.

Lohan’s lawsuit against Take-Two Interactive Software Inc. and its subsidiaries, Rockstar Games and Rockstar North was recently filed in a Manhattan court. Her gripe is with the character, Lacey Jonas.

In the lawsuit, Lohan alleges the company based Jonas on her outfits, clothing line items and her general likeness. Further, documents state the company utilized “ensemble in the form of hats, hair style, sunglasses, jean shorts worn by Plaintiff that were for sale to the public at least two years before the Defendant's release of the GTA V game.”

The actress says she never gave permission to the game maker to use anything affiliated with her. She reportedly believes her style was copied in order to boost sales.

Players are able to meet Jones in an alley where she’s hiding from paparazzi. In the game, the character complains about fame and admits she’s anorexic.

The Chateau Marmont Hotel in West Hollywood is also mentioned in Grand Theft Auto V, which is where Lohan previously lived. Both Take-Two and Rockstar have not yet spoken out about the suit.
