LaBeouf seeks care for addiction, Lohan sues "Grand Theft Auto"

Shia LaBeouf is undergoing treatment for alcoholism, his publicist said on Tuesday (July 01). The actor's spokesperson said that LaBeouf has voluntarily sought outpatient care for addiction. LaBeouf was arraigned last week on charges of disorderly conduct and harassment after police said he interrupted a performance of "Cabaret" in New York.

Lindsay Lohan is suing the makers of the "Grand Theft Auto V" video game, saying it used her likeness without permission, according to a lawsuit filed on Wednesday (July 02). Lohan accused Take-Two Interactive Software and its label Rockstar Games of creating a look-alike character named Lacey Jonas who is involved in a side plot in which players must rescue her from swarms of paparazzi.
