A flight is diverted after a pilot returns from a toilet break to find the cockpit door jammed.

You never know what can happen while traveling. Recently, an Air India flight was forced to divert to another city after the door to the cockpit jammed shut.

The whole bizarre ordeal reportedly started after the pilot returned from a restroom break and discovered that the cockpit door was locked. The aircraft was initially headed for Bangalore, but was quickly re-routed to Bhopal, located in central India.

Luckily the co-pilot was able to land safely without incident and ground maintenance employees immediately began repairing the door.

Earlier this year, passengers on a train got an unexpected delay. The incident occurred at Henwick in Worcester, United Kingdom after an operator in a signal box could not be reached for contact.

The driver of the train that was bound for London eventually got out to look around. Thankfully he did, because he discovered the signalman, who was stuck in the structure's outside toilet.
