A driver who was struck in the head by a bullet stops his vehicle and asks a valet for help.
Police in Reno are investigating a bizarre and troubling shooting. An unidentified male victim was shot in the head while driving his truck at night.
The injured man reportedly continued to operate his vehicle, stopping at the valet parking area of the nearby Atlantis Casino. He climbed out of his truck and asked for help.
He was abruptly transported to the hospital, where the bullet was removed from his skull. Thankfully, he survived and is reported to be in stable condition.
There is currently a man in police custody, who was wanted in another unrelated local shooting. Law enforcement authorities believe this suspect was involved in both crimes.
In another odd incident form earlier this year, a man attending the Calle Ocho festival in Miami was shot in the buttocks by an unknown gunman. At first the victim had no idea that he had been shot and was bleeding, so he kept strolling along with the fellow attendees.
He later noticed the blood and passed out. The male was taken to a nearby hospital where he was said to be in stable condition.
