An explosion on a freight train 1,000 kilometres from Moscow has injured 27 people.
The accident happened near Belaya Kalitva station in the Rostov-on-Don region.
Carrying chemicals and oil products at the time, one of the railcars hit the sixth floor of a residential building.
Thirteen people are in hospital and a criminal investigation is looking for safety breaches.
