According to sources on Thursday (May 9) Railway Minister Pawan Kumar Bansal skipped the ongoing Cabinet meet. Sources also say there could be a major reshuffle on the cards before May 22, which could mean a transfer for the Law Minister Ashwani Kumar and the boot for Rail minister PK Bansal.
