Hollywood trendsetters, from golden girl Beyoncé to hot momma Kim Kardashian, made their entrances at the Met Gala last night -- the mac daddy of fashion events.The gala was a celebration of the Met's spring 2013 Costume Institute Exhibition, PUNK: Chaos to Couture. The show looks at punk's impact on fashion from the beginning of the movement to the 70's and it's continued influence today.
