Kate Middleton releases her first ever live-recorded message for charity.
Kate Middleton is putting her voice and status to very good use.
She recently released her first live-recorded message in an effort to support Children's Hospice Week. The impeccably dressed, Duchess of Cambridge carried out the broadcast to help raise funds for the charity named, Together for Short Lives.
The short video, posted on April 27th depicts a very serious looking, but passionate Middleton. She states “I have been fortunate to see first hand the remarkable work that they do for children and young people with life-limiting conditions, and their families. It is simply transformational. With your support, we can help ensure that these children and their families can make the most of the precious time they have together.”
31-year-old Kate Middleton is expecting her first child is the summer of 2013. She is widely known to support various causes for children.
Recently, the mom-to-be spent her second wedding anniversary visiting Naomi House Children's Hospice. Upon arrival, she met an 8-year-old girl, Sally Evans who suffers from spinal muscular atrophy. Sally’s mother states “Kate is so down-to-earth and friendly with the children.”
