1. The double layer corrugated board gluing machine is equipped with variable frequency motors to drive the glue coating rolls at different layer independently. Meanwhile, variable frequency drives are available to ensure the rolls at different layers rotate synchronously or independently. These designs additionally guarantee synchronous rotation even when some of the rolls are exchanged or repaired.
2. The glue coating thickness can be either manually or electrically controlled. In manual control mode, operators need to start the inching-button controlled motor to control the gluing thickness. In automatic control mode, an encoder and a PLC control system are available to complete gluing thickness control according to the equipment speed. Meanwhile, a man-machine interface is available to display the thickness.
3. When the corrugated board gluing machine is stopped, the pressure rolls will be automatically raised, and the glue coating rolls start idle rotation at very low speed to avoid glue drying up.
