1. The glue coating rolls for the GM-C double layer corrugated paperboard gluing machine come with special embossed patterns and hard chrome plating. This assures uniform glue coating, and also contributes to low waste by avoiding glue dripping down from the rolls.
2. The rotation of glue coating rolls is controlled by a variable frequency motor and a variable frequency drive. The VFD functions to make sure the linear speed of the rolls is synchronous with the speed of double facer, and it also allows the rolls to run independently.
3. The gluing thickness can be digitally read out, and is available in electric and manual control modes.
4. The press rolls are pneumatically elevated, and the gap between rolls is electrically micro-adjusted to assure accuracy.
5. With automatic cycling glue supply function, the double layer corrugated paperboard gluing machine can effectively control glue supply amount and avoid glue drying up. This ensures gluing quality and reduces waste.
6. Press rolls and elastic press bars are optional.
