Iraqis go to polls in first vote since US withdrawal

Security has been stepped up across Iraq as voting begins in the first elections since US troops pulled out in late 2011.It has already been a bloody campaign. At least 13 candidates vying for 378 seats in the 12 provinces holding elections have been killed.Al Jazeera's Jane Arraf reports from Baghdad.
