First the brutality at Tarn Taran then a woman thrashed in Aligarh, now an eight-year-old girl allegedly tortured and locked up in a police station in Rajasthan with her father. Her father's only fault was that he allegedly refused to sign a blank paper to settle a land dispute in his family. In spite of his claims the police dismisses the allegations.
