The aid group Doctors without Borders has called for urgent help for Malian refugees at a United Nations camp in the neighbouring African country of Mauritania.The group, also known as MSF, says in a new report that 70,000 people at the Mbera refugee camp are fast running out of food and water.Poor sanitation is causing children to die from treatable dieases.Al Jazeera's Anu Nathan reports.
