Two minors were caught red handed for stealing cables, but instead of taking them to the police station, they were given ruthless punishment allegedly by Trinamool Congress supporters outside the party office in Asansol. The minors were later handed over to the police but what gives those who humiliated these children the right to deliver instant justice?
