Racism in America is so 1950s, unless you live in Rochelle, Georgia, where segregation is still a thing.
Wilcox County High School in Rochelle, Georgia seems to be stuck in the past with their segregated prom. Luckily a group of progressive (for Georgia) teens have decided to fight back against this stupid rule. The school just recently abolished segregated homecoming courts this year. Hey Georgia, DAFUQ?!

If you want to know what it feels like to travel back in time, just hop on the next bus to Rochelle, Georgia where they're still holding segregated proms!
If any other race, other than caucasian, tries to attend the white prom, they will probably be escorted out by police according to Keela Bloodworth, a student at Wilcox County High School. The school has made a miniscule step forward by electing only one pair of king and queen. The honors went to a white king and a black queen, but the two still cannot attend each other's proms. Don't know about you guys, but something tells us the black prom is more bumpin' anyway.
