Check out our series on 12 ways to counter the Thai Rear Kick!

Our sixth counter to the Rear Kick is the Curb Knee. The Curb Knee is a technique most commonly used in the Plumb/Clinching range, when you have control over your opponents neck. In this situation, it can be used to aggressively counter your opponent using that same downward motion to the top of your opponents thigh.
