Check out our series on 12 ways to counter the Thai Rear Kick!
Our fifth counter to the Rear Kick will be split into three different videos, and this first version (a) is the Catch-Ramp. The Catch with the Ramp is used when your opponent throws a leg kick at you and it involves bending your knees so you are deeper in your stance, making a ramp out of your leg. The kick will slide up the thigh and leave it vulnerable to be caught.
Enjoy the video and be sure to check out our other videos in this series and our other series as well!
