Check out our series on 12 ways to counter the Thai Rear Kick!
Our second counter to the Rear Kick is the Step-Out or Shuffle-Out. The technique is simple, as you are stepping out of your opponent's kick range with two steps, first with the rear foot and then the front foot. Remember to keep your stance when doing this, and afterwards when stepping back in.
Enjoy the video and be sure to check out our other videos in this series and our other series as well!
