This U.S. Patriot missile system in South Korea has residents nearby feeling divided about their safety from North Korean threats.
According to South Korean media, the North has placed two of its intermediate range missiles on mobile launchers and hidden them on the east coast of the country.
North Korea has threatened a nuclear strike on the United States and has declared war on South Korea.
One woman said she was anxious to be living near the base.
But another local resident said he was not nervous at all.
On Friday North Korea's state-run television released a video of mass military rallies across the country in support of the army.
"We will mercilessly destroy the U.S. aggressors and the U.S. forces based in South Korea," said an unidentified man.
