Popular Pakistani band Jal that was scheduled to perform in Mumbai on Wednesday (April 3), had to pull back from performing at last minute. The band cited permission issues from the government as the reason for cancelling the performance. This is not the first time that a Jal concert has been cancelled in India. In February 2012, a concert at a college fest in Pune was called off after activists from Bhartiya Vidyarthi Sena protested. The band is scheduled to play at the Hard Rock Cafe in New Delhi on April 5.
