The Beckhams are reportedly selling their Hertfordshire mansion.

High-end real estate is as hot as ever.

David and Victoria Beckham are reportedly selling their mansion in Hertfordshire.

Commonly referred to as Beckingham Palace, it rests on 22 acres of sprawling land. A floodlit tennis court resides on the grounds.

It is believed the couple wants to move to London where they are renting a home. They are looking to get $15 million for the upscale estate.

The celebrity pair is also reportedly seeking out a private buyer rather than a developer who will split up the house into smaller apartments. The Beckhams purchased the house in 1999 for $4 million but have added both indoor and outdoor swimming pools along with a helipad and a recording studio.

Christina Aguilera recently sold her home. Landing $13.5 million, the 10,000 square foot Beverly Hills home had been on the market for approximately two years.

The Mediterranean-style house contains nine bathrooms along with six bedrooms. The mansion seems to have come from a line of celebrities, as it was previously occupied by the Osbourne family.
