The five nations have finally shaken hands on a major decision. Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa have decided to launch a development bank to fund global infrastructure projects. Vladimir Putin, Russia President, said, "We are also implementing the idea of creating the BRICS development bank. Russia believes that this work could be continued and this would be placed in the outcome document."
