Jolie in DR Congo, Bieber investigated for battery

Angelina Jolie spent time at the Heal Africa Hospital in Goma, in the Democratic Republic of Congo on Tuesday (March 26), to raise awareness of rape in war zones. The actress is in the DRC as a special envoy for the United Nations High Commissioner. Jolie was with British foreign secretary William Hague, who says he plans on making the issue of sexual violence in war a priority.

Justin Bieber flew from Europe back to his Los Angeles area home and right into an argument with one of his neighbors. Sheriff's deputies were called to his house on Tuesday morning (March 26) after a neighbor claimed that he had been threatened and struck by Bieber. A police report alleging battery and threats by Bieber had been filed and was being investigated. As of yet, no charges have been filed against the Canadian pop star. Bieber continues his world tour in Germany on March 28.
