Former Illinois cop Drew Peterson was sentenced today to 38 years in prison for the murder of his fourth wife, Kathleen Savio, in 2004. In a dramatic sentencing hearing, Peterson yelled out "I did not kill Kathleen!" Peterson is also a person of interest in the disappearance of his fourth wife, Stacy Peterson.
