STORY: Riot police fired tear gas and clashed with a group of protesters outside the Muslim Brotherhood Headquarters in Cairo on Sunday evening.

Dozens of demonstrators had gathered outside the building in the Moqattam district to condemn violent clashes and the reported attacks on journalists and activists at the site on Saturday.

Protesters on Sunday spray painted the walls of the Muslim Brotherhood Headquarters and removed a sign from the wall. Riot police in security vehicles responded by chasing protesters away from the headquarters and firing tear-gas to disperse the crowds.
