Hundreds of people, wearing green t-shirts, hats and waving the Irish flag turned out to watch the annual Saint Patrick's Day Parade in Sydney on Sunday (March 17).

To celebrate the patron saint of Ireland, traditional Irish dancers demonstrated their moves along the Sydney streets as floats carrying people dressed in all things Irish made their way through the cheering crowds.

People from County Fermanagh, one of the six counties of Northern Ireland, carried a big banner as they marched through the streets following bagpipe rhythms.

The parade ended in Hyde park where some participants enjoyed a hard earned Guinness.
