A couple robs a bank with their kids in the car.
Children and criminal activity simply do not belong together. A couple from Tooele, Utah was recently arrested for allegedly robbing a Wells Fargo bank.
An off-duty officer noticed the pair, William and Michelle Parker acting suspiciously in the parking lot of the banking establishment. The policeman followed the couple and eventually stopped the car, calling for additional officer assistance just as the heist was being dispatched.
The dots were soon connected concerning the Parkers and the robbery. Witnesses claimed Michelle entered the bank and handed a note over the counter demanding money.
She was given a little under $1,000 and returned to the vehicle where William was behind the wheel. Their two small children were in the backseat of the car while the robbery was taking place. The Division of Child and Family Services is now arranging care for the kids.
Last year, a couple in Barcelona had been stealing some merchandise from a store. They left in a hurry after realizing the staff was onto them, but forgot to take their baby with them.
The infant was left behind. The parents returned to the shop a day later looking for their child and they were arrested by the police.
