Rapier Gold Inc is one of the latest new listings on the TSX Venture Exchange, and will trade under the symbol RPR. Rapier was previously a subsidiary of Rogue Iron Ore (TSXV:RRS), with each Rogue shareholder receiving one Rapier share for approximately each of their 4 and one half shares of Rogue.
