Since the earliest days in America Whites have almost always referred to Black People when angry as well as when not angry using the word Nigger. Now days since the rise of Gangster Rap music, young Black people in particular have began to refer to each other using this term, which in many cases is the most frequent word of hate used between Black People when one is murdered by another Black.
