Global stocks mixed, U.S. jobs data improves, & Chinese exports soar

03/08/13 Global stocks continued to trade mixed Friday morning, but were mostly higher following improved jobs data out of the United States. Also, Chinese exports soar, Japanese GDP gets revised upward, and the Fed's stress tests show improvement.
