Rand Paul hit the floor for 12+ hours to filibuster the nomination of John Brennan for CIA Director. Though he got a little wacky and even share some excerpts from Alice In Wonderland, he hit on very important points regarding an American Citizen's right to a fair trial. The issue at hand is the use of drone's to assassinate American citizens without due process, even on American soil.
