In May 2011 they released their debut album, Run, on the Iconic label Good Vibrations with the great moral support of Terri Hooley. The album was Recorded at Grouse Lodge Recording Studio's and launched in the Baggot Inn.
Songs from the album have been played by Dave Fanning on 2FM, Ian Dempsey and Nova radio. In late 2011 Breaking Light supported The Coronas in the INEC Killarney to 3000 people and also went on to support They saw Doctors at the INEC to 2500 strong crowd.
In 2012 Fearghal Kelly became Breaking lights new front man and we have been busy this year writing new material and have just recorded our first music video...
