Balwant Singh Rajoana, Babbar Khalsa International terrorist on death row for Beant Singh's assassination, shows no remorse for his acts of terrorism. In a four-page open letter sent through his sister, Rajoana has dared the system and said that he has neither appealed for any mercy nor did he ask anyone to do that for him.
