OPEL Technologies, symbol OPL on the TSX Venture Exchange has successfully completed a $7.2 million private placement. OPEL Technologies is the developer of next-generation Gallium Arsenide semiconductor device technology called POET, which stands for Planar Opto-Electronic Technology.
