Recently Infinity Ward Sued Activision, reason is that the setting of Black Ops 2 is causing a lot of tension between the two companies. In Infinity Wards contract it states that they make all "modern warfare" games and if you don't know Black Ops 2 takes place during the Cold War and the year 2025 (8 years after MW3). Most likely since these gaming companies are associates, they will settle. If this did get really out of hand Infinity Ward could cause Black Ops 2 not to be released.
