Pumpkin Spice Latte (under 70 calories):
2 tbsp. canned pumpkin puree
tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 cup milk of choice (1% milk)
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
*Heat up on stove or in microwave*
2-3 tbsp. hot coffee
Chai Latte (30 calories):
Hot water
1 teabag vanilla chai
1 tsp. honey
2 tbsp. milk of choice (preferably low-calorie)
