This Electronic Engineering Group Project was undertaken by Mohammad Ali, Arsal, Vinoth, Federico, Engin & Zaid at Queen Mary University of London in March 2011.

** Specification of the Project: ''' Design and implement an electronic engineering project that can... be used to measure the heartbeat rate and the body temperature of a person wirelessly by using Zigbee Technology and then send these information to a laptop.

On the screen of the laptop, display the results obtained and save these information to a patients' database. Only the nurse with her/his secure login details should be able to access these information. '''

PLEASE NOTE THAT the sensor input of the XBee Module is not allowing more that 1.2V. If you apply too much voltage it will damage the pin. In our project note the potential divider formed by 2 resistors which prevent this excessive voltage going into the Xbee Module.
